T08: Emerging Technologies of Pedagogical Issues

SETE, the annual International Symposium on Emerging Technologies for Education is organized by Hong Kong Web Society. In 2019 we are organizing the fourth symposium in conjunction with ICWL 2019 in Magdeburg, Germany, on September 23 - 25, 2019.

One of the tracks included in SETE this year is also the track T08: Emerging Technologies of Pedagogical Issues. We seek paper submissions dealing with emerging technologies considering the contexts such as (but not limited to):

  • Various teaching scenarios for technology-enhanced learning
  • Emerging technologies facilitating various forms of student assessment
  • Emerging technologies supporting active learning methods
  • Innovative uses of emerging technology for teaching and learning
  • Innovative technology-enhanced learning strategies for enhancing learning or learning motivation
  • Evaluation of technology-enhanced environments for enhancing learning or learning motivation
  • Teacher's role in using technology for teaching and learning
  • The use of emerging technology in the early childhood education
  • The use of emerging technology in primary and secondary education
  • The use of emerging technology in higher education
